The fourth dimension of training is Consolidated Training Group’s innovative response to maximize a student’s learning ability, while arming them with the best information available. During every dimension of training a student will wear a high definition video camera recording their actions and responses during that specific training cycle. If the training is during a force on force Simunition scenario, the other parties will also wear a video camera. The training is also recorded from a third party perspective to capture the totality of the circumstances involved in the scenario. The recordings are immediately used to debrief the student and evaluate their actions. The student utilizes the experience and recordings to learn and prepare for subsequent training, force on force scenarios or an actual deadly force situation.
