This 1 day course is designed to train the student in obtaining a high level of accuracy and speed during direct applications with a carbine rifle. The law enforcement carbine rifle deployment course emphasizes knowledge, marksmanship and rapid deployment methodology for any person employing a carbine as a part of their job assignment. During the course the student will be instructed on, and display at a high standard, safe weapon manipulation, round accountability, accuracy, target discretion, mental processing and weapon transitions. The student will demonstrate all the above while dynamically transitioning to effective cover and
engaging appropriate threats.

Dutch retired a Sergeant Major (SGM) from the U.S. Army after 31 years of service; twenty-six
of those years with Special Operations Command. Dutch completed 13 combat tours in both
Iraq & Afghanistan and is the recipient of the Legion of Merit, 5 Bronze Stars and numerous
other decorations & awards for valor too numerous to list.
Dutch has planned and conducted small unit tactics in support of Unconventional Warfare,
Special Reconnaissance, and Direct Action missions. He has taken part in hundreds of
successful combat missions in support of the Global War on Terror.
Dutch has no equal in training police, SWAT, Counter Terrorism Teams and Task Force partners
across the globe. He has worked with Special Operations from Great Britain, Canada, Australia,
Germany, Denmark as well as the U.S. Border Patrol, FBI Hostage Rescue Team, Department
of State Security, and Homeland Security. Dutch has trained forces in Columbia, Thailand,
Egypt, Iraq and Kuwait.
Dutch is a recognized weapons expert, tactical trainer, small unit tactics instructor, dignitary
protection specialist, K-9 handler/trainer, survival expert and off-road driving instructor.
